Title: Creamy Garlic Dressing (Marks)

1/2cEvaporated skim milk;
2tbFresh lemon juice;
2lgGarlic cloves; minced
1/4tsSalt;
1tsDried dill weed;
1tsApple juice concentrate; frozen
1/4tsPaprika;
1/4tsWhite pepper;
2dsSesame oil;
 dsRed(cayenne) pepper;
